Current job vacancies

Loughborough Students' Union is a vibrant and dynamic place to work. We have a number of different groups of colleagues working for us, such as the Executive Officers, elected Chairs and Treasurers, permanent and fixed-term professionals, casual colleagues and volunteers.

Here you will find our current vacant positions. Please ensure that you review the Job Description for each job before you apply, and ensure you demonstrate how you meet each of the Person Specification criteria in your Supporting Statement. Also, ensure you download an applicant pack that contains useful information about how LSU works (we know Students' Unions are quite unique places to work!).

We recognise that candidates from marginalised groups (including, but not limited to, members of the BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic), Disabled, and LGBTQ+ communities) may face additional barriers throughout their careers and when applying for new roles across the sector. We are committed to taking positive action to expand the diversity of our staff team by guaranteeing progression to the next stage of the recruitment process.

If you meet the essential criteria for the role and are from a marginalised group, tell us that you’d like to be considered under the scheme by indicating on your application form or by emailing peopledevelopment@lsu.co.uk before the application deadline.
