Loughborough Students' Union (LSU) is seeking to recruit to a pool of Customer Team Members to support our Retail Store Managers, Deputy Store Manager and Retail Team Leaders and help oversee our two on-site franchised Co-op stores.

To be successful in this role you will need to have an ability to work well under pressure and be able to work cooperatively within a team.

The role is offered as casual on LSU Casual Scale (currently £12.21 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay supplement). Working unsociable hours will be part of this role. Our trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in shift patterns.

Training will be provided for all successful applicants.
