Loughborough Students' Union is a dynamic and vibrant organisation that serves as the voice of students at Loughborough University. We are recruiting for our pool of casual Finance Administrators who support all sections of activity including student groups, through providing excellent Financial Processing, Reporting and Governance Services.

With particular focus on the additional workload associated with finance year-end, these casual roles will support the Senior Accountant in varying aspects of financial administration including responding to queries received by the office and processing transactions including purchase orders, invoices, expenses and running of reports.

You will need to be available to work in the Union Building, Ashby Road, Loughborough University East Midlands Campus.  Work will be offered via shifts on staff savvy, the peak of work will be available in July, August and September to cover our year-end processing, with some ad-hoc shifts to be offered throughout term time to provide cover for staff holidays.
