We are looking for casual Welcome Desk Administrators to support with Business Administration for all sections of activity ensuring they can facilitate life-changing student experiences underpinned by excellent HR, Finance, IT and Governance business administration.

The LSU Welcome desk is in the Union Building, Loughborough University East Midlands Campus.  It is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am-3pm as a minimum. We are looking for suitable candidates from August onwards and who could be available for opening hours around their studies.  Work will be offered via shifts on staff savvy as the need arises to cover core opening hours for colleague holidays and facilitate extended opening hours during events for example during Freshers or Open Days.

Salary is scale 1 – currently £12.71 per hour plus pay in lieu of annual leave.

This is a zero hours, casual position starting as soon as possible.
