The Catering department provides a diverse and inclusive range of catering options across several outlets at LSU. Providing a high-quality customer service, whilst preparing, cooking, and serving food and drinks. The department includes JCs Catering, The Daily Grind, Humpit, and Subway, as well as providing catering services and expertise across LSU at varied events and hospitality functions.

Loughborough Students' Union is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Catering Team Leader (Casual) to co-ordinate and support student staff within their designated area to ensure their duties are completed to the required standard. To feedback issues, complaints and suggestions to their line manager working closely with them to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers and staff.

The role is offered as casual on LSU Casual Scale (currently £12.82 per hour, plus 12.07% holiday pay supplement). Working unsociable hours will be part of this role. Our trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in shift patterns.
