Subway® Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced catering manager to join our brand new Subway® franchise on the Loughborough University campus. The successful candidate will have strong skills and experience in managing a catering outlet, such as exemplary customer service, the ability to manage and coach an effective team of staff and hold a Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH Level 3 or equivalent). You will also need to demonstrate a good understanding of digital systems and administration as well as a head for implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.

The role is offered as a full-time (35 hours per week) full-year position on LSU Scale 7 (currently £25,217 – £27,511 per annum, pro-rata for part-time). Please note that from time to time, evening, weekend and unsociable hours which be part of this role. Trading patterns are seasonal, reflecting University term times and this will also be reflected in working patterns.
