Loughborough Students' Union (LSU) is seeking to recruit to a pool of Retail Team Leaders to support our Retail Store Managers and help oversee our two on-site franchised Co-op stores.

In this role, you will lead and support our team in delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring our stores operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Co-operative Group, utilising their branding and operational systems to maintain the standards expected of a leading convenience retailer.

The hours for this position are varied, with some shifts starting as early as 7am and others finishing as late as midnight, offering flexibility and diverse scheduling options. Full-time position will be offered at 35 hours per week.
